Heyy! It’s already the 8th of December and the past two weeks have been sooo busy. The christmas rush, school, work and training, feels like the rush is never ending! Finally I’ve found some time to write to you and I will be writing a bit regularly from now on!

Saturday I arrived home from the south somewhere around midnight, I had a great weekend with my family, we visited my cousin’s graduation party. It was so nice to meet relatives and friends that I haven’t met in a while, the food was absolutely outstanding. Never have I eaten anything that good! On the menu consisted of smoked salmon, smoked turkey, moose, mushroom topping, potatoes and all kinds of salad’s. So good!!
I haven’t been training as much as I usually do, I’ve kept my training simple and lowered the weights a bit so that I get more rest than normally. In addition the workouts have been way more intensive and I’ve added an extra 30 minutes off cardio in every workout to get slightly more lean.
